I am a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) Victoria 3000 hour program and am registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia.
I was born and raised on Vancouver Island. Growing up on the island, I have a great appreciation for nature and natural ways of healing. I greatly enjoy being out in nature, whether it is hiking the local areas, spending time in my garden or sitting on the beach.
I have taken quite a few continuing education courses that I believe have helped me grow as a practitioner and support my patient’s healing process.
Here are a few that might be of interest.

Craniosacral Therapy 1 by the Upledger Institute
Craniosacral Therapy 2 by the Upledger Institute - In progress
These courses have all helped me in providing me with a more in-depth knowledge and treatment skill set that I can use for many of my patients, with treatment or by helping further educate them as well. I believe that by being well educated on why the body does what it does, we can help ourselves heal and prevent further harm.
